ABB is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Analyst in Bangalore, India, to support Accounts Payable and Credit activities. The role involves processing accounting transactions accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations, and participating in control testing.
Ansvarsområden
- Process accounts payable transactions, ensuring accurate tracking and processing.
- Perform necessary activities within the accounts payable area to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
- Execute analysis and reports as assigned and take appropriate action as necessary.
- Compile with and help achieve internal control over financial reporting compliance in accounts payable for applicable templates.
- Participate in internal control testing and prepare relevant documentation.
- Ensure all relevant stakeholders are aware of progress and/or issues to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Check invoices to verify compliance with fiscal and internal control requirements.
- Focus on organizing and coordinating on a task, project or program basis in support of a process or internal team.

Krav
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in SAP & in Accounts payable domain.
- If with Master’s degree, then 3 to 4 years experience is acceptable.
- Outstanding attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be flexible to work in shifts.
