Ansvarsområden
- Manage accounts payable operations including expense recording, reimbursement, and bank transfers.
- Handle accounts receivable invoicing and collection.
- Oversee fixed asset management.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
- Respond to inquiries and participate in various accounting projects.
- Perform other accounting-related duties.
Krav
- At least 3 years of practical accounting experience.
- English reading/writing skills (candidates with sufficient reading ability and a willingness to improve their English skills will be given preference).
- Fluent in Japanese.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Cost accounting experience.
- Experience using consolidation systems such as Hyperion, Stravis, Cognos, or similar systems.
- Experience participating in ERP/core system implementation projects.
- Knowledge and practical experience with Power BI and Power Automate.
- Intermediate-level Excel skills (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, FILTER, Pivot Tables, etc.).
