Volvo Group Accounting and Company Control is seeking an Accountant in Bangalore to manage Fixed Asset accounting, financial reporting, and month-end close processes. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce and 3-5 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in SAP and tools like Blackline.

Ansvarsområden

Cooperate with Volvo Group Partners.
SAP Master data maintenance - Fl/CO.
Manage Fixed Asset cycles, Investment management, Capex budget, Capex budget initiation, Capitalization, internal order creation, WBS element creation, Order I WBS settlement of AUC, retirements, transfers, Forex gain/ loss, inter/ intra asset transfer, scrap I sale of asset etc., Fixed asset reconciliation & Monthly reporting.
Utilize Blackline.
Record business transactions related to the General Ledger.
Prepare financial reports.
Engage in daily contact with clients within the assigned area of responsibilities.
Participate in internal and external audits.
Understand interfaces and their impact on financial statements.
Monitor and analyze business transactions according to IFRS and Volvo Group Financial Policies and Procedures.

Krav

Bachelors or Master's degree in Commerce.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience within Fixed Asset accounting, reconciliation, Month end close reporting processes, financial reporting.
Experience in working with Excel, Access and Power Point are required.
Preferable working experience in GL, AP, AR, FA Module, with SAP Exposure.
