Tetra Pak is seeking multiple Account Engineers to perform preventive maintenance, installation, and commissioning of food packaging and processing systems. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field, 7 years of experience, and expertise in continuous improvement, electrical and mechanical systems, and industrial automation platforms.
Ansvarsområden
- Conduct preventive maintenance for customers in the food industry.
- Reinstate Tetra Pak food packaging and processing systems equipment.
- Execute installation and commissioning tasks of complete Tetra Pak systems.
- Execute installation of relevant rebuilding/upgrade kits.
- Report technical issues and business opportunities discovered.
- Use continuous improvement methodology to drive performance.
- Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak, promoting good working relationships with customers.
- Complete and distribute all relevant reports accurately and timely.
- Ensure work adheres to safety regulations (personnel, food, and customer safety).
- Escalate food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory issues.
- Conduct on-site/off-site operator and mechanical training.
- Maintain an issue resolution database and perform troubleshooting/fault-finding onsite and remotely.
- Perform regular time entry, service reporting, and email correspondence.
Krav
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Systems, Automation, Process, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 7 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with continuous improvement methodology.
- Experience with low and high voltage electrical equipment (24-600 volts), including power supplies, motors, sensors, actuators, and control systems.
- Experience with advanced Allen Bradley or similar industrial automation platforms and their components, including using software for troubleshooting and updates.
- Experience troubleshooting and rebuilding mechanical systems (seals, bearings, bushings, power transmission, cams, tie rods, pneumatic cylinders, pumps, and valves).
- Experience providing customer operator and maintenance trainings on automated industrial food processing and distribution equipment.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics, P&IDs, and mechanical drawings.
