Ansvarsområden

  • Manage month-end and year-end closing activities, including posting intercompany journal entries, accruals, and managing foreign exchange (FX) impacts.
  • Perform intercompany matching and reconciliation to resolve imbalances.
  • Ensure accuracy in financial records and timely month-end closing.
  • Oversee intercompany payment settlements and clearing within group entities.
  • Support account receivables and/or credit activities in line with defined strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage and analyze accounts receivable data.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with relevant accounting standards.

Krav

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in finance.
  • Demonstrated track record in financial management.
  • Comfortable working in English.
  • Generally 1–4 years of experience for analysts.
  • Strong knowledge of Intercompany Reconciliation (ICR), General Ledger (GL), Accruals, and Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in SAP FICO and MS Excel.
  • Experience with end-to-end month-end closing, including accruals calculation, supporting group team in financial reporting, and intercompany settlements (IC Matching).
  • High attention to detail, analytical skills, ability to work under tight deadlines, and good communication.
  • Hold a valid India work permit.
  • Comfortable working in Bangalore as work location.
  • Permanent shift timings 05:30 PM to 02:30 AM.
  • Currently 3 weeks working from office and 1 week WFH.
