I korthet

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity goals are met. This role involves supervising teams, coordinating operations, solving challenges, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of manufacturing experience are preferred, along with previous leadership experience.

Ansvarsområden

Lead, coach, and develop production employees and team leaders.
Manage daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
Monitor staffing, scheduling, attendance, overtime, and workforce planning.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.
Troubleshoot production, quality, and equipment issues and coordinate corrective actions.
Support materials planning, inventory flow, and on-time delivery of products.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, waste reduction, cost savings, and employee engagement.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and support employee development.
Maintain production records, KPI tracking, training documentation, and workforce data.
Partner with Quality, Maintenance, Materials, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives.
Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Krav

High school diploma or GED required.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and team leadership skills.

Önskade kvalifikationer

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of manufacturing or production experience preferred.
Experience with lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and quality systems is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems preferred.
