We are seeking a Logistics Engineer to design and optimize logistic flows throughout the product lifecycle. Responsibilities include warehouse management, transportation optimization, implementing new logistics processes, and driving the transition to intelligent logistics. Requires a bachelor's degree in logistics engineering and over 3 years of experience in a large manufacturing or logistics company.
Ansvarsområden
- Design logistic flow for the entire product lifecycle.
- Establish optimal tooling, procedures, and systems for logistics.
- Train and implement logistics solutions in the manufacturing department.
- Transition from traditional to intelligent logistics.
- Develop methods and procedures for warehouse management.
- Investigate and optimize storage locations.
- Prepare warehouse-related reports and KPIs.
- Support CIP projects related to logistic productivity.
- Optimize transportation management procedures.
- Implement and support new logistics processes through training and documentation.
- Support method engineers in optimizing internal logistics for new product projects.
- Provide operational logistics support to manufacturing flow teams.
- Introduce and optimize WMS and other relevant systems.
- Collaborate with the Digitization department on warehouse automation blueprints.
- Proactively seek extra activities for personal development in logistics design.
Krav
- Above 3 years logistic design experience in a large manufacturing or logistics company.
- Bachelor's degree or above in logistics engineering, or equivalent work experiences.
- Certain project management experience in logistics flow optimization and process improvement.
- Capability to obtain and implement logistics technical solutions independently.
- Experience and practice on multi-factories / warehouse logistics management.
- Familiarity with WMS system and its internal logical relationship.
- Good teamwork ability and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluent in both oral and written English.
- Proficient in MS Office and other working software.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Background with assembly method is preferred.
