Krav
- Passionate about the home retail industry and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Polite and friendly, able to remain calm under pressure when facing customer emotions.
- Possess good decision-making and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in face-to-face customer service or after-sales service is preferred.
