This full-time, on-site position in the Sales department (Home Furnishings) at IKEA Zhengzhou requires a passion for home retail and strong customer service skills. You will engage with customers, provide solutions, manage sales areas, and contribute to the team's success, all while receiving competitive compensation and benefits.

Ansvarsområden

  • Actively communicate with customers, listen to their home needs, and provide optimal solutions based on IKEA product and service knowledge to create a good shopping experience.
  • Maintain the normal operation of the responsible sales area, including inventory management, display sample management, product sales, order management, and ensuring the area is clean, tidy, with complete price tags and sufficient stock.
  • Maximize sales and profitability of the responsible area by focusing on sales targets, products, commercial activities, customer behavior, and market competition.
  • Maintain full communication with colleagues, assist the department manager, and collaborate with other functional departments to achieve results through efficient work methods.

Krav

  • Passion for the home retail industry and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Business acumen, results-oriented, and willingness to collaborate with team members.
  • Good service awareness and communication skills, able to provide professional and friendly assistance to customers.
  • Retail/service industry work or internship experience is preferred, with sales-related experience being a plus.
