We are seeking an Interior Design employee passionate about home retail and with a unique perspective on home living. The role involves designing and transforming commercial spaces to showcase IKEA products and home solutions, understanding local residents' needs, and staying updated on retail and home design trends.
Ansvarsområden
- Design and transform commercial spaces, including show flats, to showcase IKEA products and home solutions using commercial thinking and interior design expertise.
- Understand local residents' home lives and provide inspirational and practical home solutions through sample rooms of different styles, living situations, and price points.
- Follow IKEA China and IKEA global guidelines and best practices, using simple, economical, and efficient methods to present interior design effects.
- Continuously understand retail and home design trends to dynamically adjust design displays and inspire customers.
Krav
- Passion for the home retail industry and a unique perspective on home living.
- Major in art design or related fields, proficient in design software such as CAD and SU.
- Comprehensive abilities in business, aesthetics, and space planning, with strong practical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience in soft furnishing/contract fitting is a plus.
