Ansvarsområden
- Design and renovate show flats and other commercial spaces using commercial thinking and interior design expertise to showcase IKEA products and home solutions.
- Understand local residents' home life and provide inspirational and practical home solutions through various styles, living situations, and price points in show flats.
- Present interior design effects using simple, economical, and efficient work methods, following IKEA China and IKEA global guidelines.
- Continuously stay updated on retail and home design trends to dynamically adjust design displays and inspire customers.
Krav
- Passion for the home retail industry and insights into home living.
- Art and design related major, proficient in design software such as CAD and SU.
- Comprehensive abilities in business, aesthetics, and space planning, with strong hands-on skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Önskade kvalifikationer
- Experience in soft furnishing/soft decoration or hard furnishing/interior decoration is a plus.
