- Apply visual merchandising expertise to space layout, product display, and updates to embody IKEA's commercial vision.
- Understand local home life and provide practical, inspiring, and value-for-money home solutions that cater to diverse styles and budgets.
- Follow IKEA China and global guidelines for simple, economical, and efficient product display.
- Continuously monitor retail and home decor trends to adjust product displays, inspiring and surprising customers.
Krav
- Passion for the home retail industry and understanding of retail store display methods.
- Art design related major, proficient in design software such as CAD, SU, and Revit.
- Comprehensive abilities in commercial, aesthetic, and spatial planning; strong hands-on skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
