I korthet

We are looking for a B2B Travel Agent fluent in German and English to support travel agencies from German-speaking countries. You will resolve issues related to flight changes, hotel bookings, and system errors, working in a dynamic environment. This role is based in Skopje and requires excellent communication and computer skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Intervene when travel agency systems encounter issues, such as urgent flight changes or special hotel requests.
  • Communicate with business clients and utilize organizational skills and German language proficiency daily.
  • Provide customer support and respond promptly to all requests via phone or email with kindness and professionalism.
  • Communicate daily in German and English, further improving language skills.
  • Assist travel agencies in overcoming system obstacles and ensuring perfect flights and accommodation for travelers.
  • Facilitate booking changes and resolve specific requests in real-time.

Krav

  • Ability to work from the office in Skopje.
  • Excellent knowledge of German (C1 level).
  • Fluent in English.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Daily computer usage, including navigating booking platforms and communicating with international travel agencies.
  • Team spirit, with the ability to work independently when needed.
