As a Home Furnishing Expert in Kitchen Design, you will leverage your knowledge of IKEA's offerings and customer needs to create complete room solutions. Ansvarsområden

Understand customer needs and desires through market insights and customer analysis to create excellent customer experiences.
Provide complete core room solutions including furniture and decor, planning based on business scope, best-selling products, and sales indicators.
Ensure customers have a pleasant, convenient, and successful shopping experience.
Actively collaborate with other functions, sharing knowledge and respecting responsibilities to ensure a good customer experience and promote growth.
Monitor local competition and understand competitors to promote IKEA products in a way that highlights IKEA's competitive advantages.

Krav

Comprehensive knowledge of IKEA home furnishing (living situations, style types, store communication, complete core room solutions).
Understanding of how to identify and capture additional sales, cross-sales, and up-selling opportunities.
In-depth understanding of relevant core room product ranges and services.
Familiarity with IKEA's concept and brand goals, as well as the IKEA mechanical sales system.
Strong understanding of IKEA's corporate image, core values, and vision to create a better everyday life for the many people.
