We are looking for a Sales Associate for our Bedroom Department in Shanghai. This full-time, on-site role involves engaging with customers, providing home furnishing solutions, managing sales areas, and contributing to store operations. Ansvarsområden
- Proactively communicate with customers and understand their home furnishing needs.
- Provide optimal solutions based on IKEA products and services to create a good shopping experience.
- Maintain normal operations of the responsible sales area, including inventory management, display sample management, product sales, and order management.
- Ensure the responsible area is clean, tidy, with complete price tags and sufficient stock.
- Maximize sales and profitability by focusing on sales targets, product and commercial activities, customer behavior, and market competition.
- Maintain full communication with colleagues, assist the department manager, and collaborate with other functional departments to achieve results efficiently.
Krav
- Passion for the home retail industry and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Commercial awareness and results orientation, with a willingness to cooperate with team members.
- Good service awareness and communication skills, capable of providing professional and friendly assistance to customers.
- Retail/service industry work or internship experience is preferred, with sales-related experience being a plus.
