As a Sales Employee for the Full House Design Department (monthly salary), you will engage with customers to understand their home furnishing needs, offer solutions, and create a great shopping experience. You will manage your sales area, including inventory, product display, sales, and order management, while focusing on maximizing sales and profitability.
Ansvarsområden
- Actively communicate with customers, listen to their home furnishing needs, and provide the best solutions based on IKEA product and service knowledge to create a great shopping experience.
- Maintain the normal operation of the responsible sales area, including inventory management, display management, product sales, order management, and ensuring the area is clean, tidy, with complete price tags and sufficient inventory.
- Maximize sales and profitability in the responsible area by focusing on sales targets, product and commercial activities, customer behavior, and market competition.
- Maintain full communication with colleagues, assist the department manager, and collaborate with other functional departments to achieve results with efficient work methods.
Krav
- Passionate about the home retail industry and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
- Possess commercial awareness, be result-oriented, and willing to collaborate with team members.
- Good service awareness and communication skills, able to provide professional and friendly help to customers.
- Retail/service industry work or internship experience is preferred, sales-related experience is a plus.
