Ansvarsområden
- Actively communicate with customers, listen to their home furnishing needs, and provide optimal solutions based on IKEA products and services to create a good shopping experience.
- Maintain the normal operation of the responsible sales area, including inventory management, display management, product sales, order management, and ensuring the area is clean, tidy, with complete price tags and sufficient stock.
- Maximize sales and profitability by focusing on sales targets, products, commercial activities, customer behavior, and market competition.
- Maintain full communication with colleagues, assist the department manager, and collaborate with other functional departments to achieve results efficiently.
Krav
- Passion for the home retail industry and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Commercial awareness, results-oriented, and willingness to cooperate with team members.
- Good service awareness and communication skills, able to provide professional and friendly assistance to customers.
- Retail/service industry work or internship experience preferred, with sales experience being a plus.
