- Actively communicate with customers, understand their home needs, and provide optimal solutions with IKEA products and services to create a great shopping experience.
- Maintain the normal operation of the responsible sales area, including inventory management, display sample management, product sales, order management, and ensuring the area is clean, tidy, with complete price tags and sufficient inventory.
- Maximize sales and profitability by focusing on sales targets, products, commercial activities, customer behavior, and market competition.
- Maintain full communication with colleagues, assist the department manager, and collaborate with other functional departments to achieve results efficiently.
Krav
- Passion for the home retail industry and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Commercial awareness, result-orientation, and willingness to collaborate with team members.
- Good service awareness and communication skills, able to provide professional and friendly assistance to customers.
- Retail/service industry work or internship experience is preferred, sales experience is even better.
