We are seeking a Sales Employee for our textile department in Shanghai, China. This full-time, on-site role involves engaging with customers, managing sales areas, and maximizing sales. Prior retail or sales experience is preferred.
Ansvarsområden
- Actively communicate with customers, listen to their home furnishing needs, and provide optimal solutions based on IKEA products and services to create a great shopping experience.
- Maintain the normal operation of the responsible sales area, including inventory management, display sample management, product sales, order management, and ensuring the area is clean, tidy, with complete price tags and sufficient stock.
- Maximize sales and profitability of the responsible area by focusing on sales targets, products and commercial activities, customer behavior, and market competition.
- Maintain full communication with colleagues, assist the department manager, and collaborate with other functional departments to achieve results with efficient work methods.
Krav
- Passion for the home retail industry and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Commercial awareness, results-oriented, and willing to collaborate with team members.
- Good service awareness and communication skills, able to provide professional and friendly assistance to customers.
- Retail/service industry work or internship experience preferred, sales-related experience is a plus.
