I korthet

As an Italian-speaking Customer Support Consultant in the financial services sector, you will be the primary point of contact for clients of a major European online bank. You will handle inquiries about accounts, transactions, and online banking services, while also promoting current offers to enhance customer experience. The role offers a hybrid work model, allowing you to choose between remote work or working from our Skopje office.

Ansvarsområden

  • Daily use of Italian language as a representative of a major European online bank.
  • Communication with current and potential bank clients regarding accounts, transactions, and support for online banking services.
  • Improving user experience by sharing information and tips about current bank services and offers.

Krav

  • Fluent command of the Italian language (spoken and written).
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability for teamwork.
  • Curiosity, enthusiasm, and initiative.
  • Positive attitude and professionalism.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Previous experience in customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.
