As an After-Sales Business Sales Engineer in Dongguan or Shenzhen, you will be responsible for selling after-sales products and services for compressors, providing technical support, and managing customer relationships. The role requires a college diploma, at least two years of relevant experience, and strong communication and sales skills.

Ansvarsområden

  • Take charge of after-sales product sales and air compressor after-sales service within the assigned territory.
  • Implement and comply with the company’s sales and pricing strategies.
  • Collect and follow up on customers’ service demands and provide technical support.
  • Deliver full after-sales service for compressors, including installation, commissioning, training, fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, maintenance, and upkeep.
  • Establish and maintain sound customer relationships.
  • Follow up and recover accounts receivable.
  • Abide by BCOP to guarantee the accuracy and security of the company’s financial data.

Krav

  • College diploma or above, with an engineering academic background.
  • Minimum two years of on-site repair and maintenance experience with compressors or relevant electromechanical equipment.
  • Proficient in computer operation, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strong communication and sales management capabilities.
  • Willing to travel on business.

  • Candidates with equipment maintenance experience in large enterprises are preferred.
