ABB is seeking a Technical Organizer for their warehouse in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. This full-time, on-site role involves preparing materials, managing inventory using an ERP system, and coordinating with various departments. The ideal candidate has technical education and experience with ERP systems.

Ansvarsområden

  • Preparation of necessary materials for current and future projects.
  • Work with quantitative calculations for electrical panels (documentation in English).
  • Communication with Internal Logistics, Planning, and Quality departments upon receiving goods.
  • Organization and marking of materials on the production line.
  • Timely informing the Planning department when key materials are depleted.
  • Control of packaging and marking of finished products for export.
  • Work with the ERP system and maintain up-to-date information.
  • Participation and coordination of inventory in the warehouse.
  • Systematization and presentation of information for the production line.
  • Maintaining order and organization of materials in production.

Krav

  • Secondary or higher technical education (electrical engineering or knowledge of electrical materials is an advantage).
  • Experience with an ERP system (SAP is an advantage).
  • Skills in operating a forklift are an advantage.
  • Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • English language skills are an advantage.
  • Teamwork and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Readiness for shift work.
  • Responsibility, discipline, dexterity, and attentiveness.

Önskade kvalifikationer

  • Technical education (electrical engineering or knowledge of electrical materials is an advantage).
