This full-time sales associate position in Shenzhen is for the tableware & kitchenware department. Responsibilities include customer engagement, sales, inventory management, and maintaining the sales area. The role requires passion for home retail, commercial awareness, and good communication skills, with prior retail/service experience being a plus.

Ansvarsområden

  • Actively communicate with customers, understand their home needs, and provide optimal solutions based on IKEA product knowledge to create a good shopping experience.
  • Maintain the normal operation of the responsible sales area, including inventory management, display sample management, product sales, order management, and ensuring the area is clean, tidy, with complete price tags and sufficient stock.
  • Maximize sales and profitability in the responsible area by focusing on sales targets, product and commercial activities, customer behavior, and market competition.
  • Maintain full communication with colleagues, assist the department manager, and collaborate with other functional departments, always committed to achieving results with efficient work methods.

Krav

  • Passion for the home retail industry and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Commercial awareness, results-oriented, and willingness to cooperate with team members.
  • Good service awareness and communication skills to provide professional and friendly assistance to customers.
  • Retail/service industry work or internship experience preferred, sales-related experience is a plus.
