Core Responsibilities

• 1.客户现场入厂收货检验： 按照公司及客户的质量标准和检验规范，对送达客户现场的产品进行数量、规格、外观、功能等全检或抽检，及时记录检验数据并出具报告        

• 2.质量问题现场处理： 对客户现场发现的来料不良、包装破损、性能异常等问题进行初步判定与确认；能独立处理一般质量投诉，包括现场核实、不良品隔离、标识、信息反馈

• 3.沟通协调： 作为公司与客户在质量端的现场接口，与客户质量、生产、仓库等部门保持顺畅沟通；及时将现场重大或批量质量问题向公司内部（质量/销售/技术）预警。                

• 4.数据与报告： 每日/每周提交现场质量报表，整理不良品图片与数据，协助公司分析原因并跟进改善效果。                                                

• 5.库存与退换货协助： 协助客户完成不良品退货、换货流程，必要时现场清点确认；配合公司进行紧急补发或返工指导。                                                

• 6.现场服务：北方区域其他客户的短期临时现场服务（卡特现场无相关检验需求时）

• 7.其它上级主管安排的工作。

Qualifications for the Role

• 1.大专及以上学历（有丰富经验可放宽），机械或电气及相关专业；
• 2.至少3年以上发电机/电机相关制造，检验，或现场质量工作经验；有驻场、售后或客户工厂对接经验者优先
• 3.技能： 熟练使用卡尺、千分尺、万用表等常规检测工具；能看懂机械图纸或电子原理图/接线图；熟练操作Office软件（尤其Excel、PPT）。
• 4..能力： 具备独立处理现场异常的能力，逻辑清晰，沟通协调能力强，能承受一定压力，适应在客户方独立工作。简单英语交流，熟练操作办公软件,绘图软件。
• 5. 态度： 工作严谨、责任心强、有服务意识，能维护公司形象，同时尊重客户管理规定
