Responsibilities

Maintain normal operations in the responsible sales area, including inventory management, display sample management, product sales, order management, and ensuring the area is clean, tidy, with complete price tags and sufficient stock.
Maximize sales and profitability in the responsible area by focusing on sales targets, products, commercial activities, customer behavior, and market competition.
Maintain full communication with colleagues, assist department managers, and collaborate with other functional departments to achieve results efficiently.

Requirements

Passion for the home retail industry and ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Commercial awareness, result-oriented, and willingness to cooperate with team members.
Good service awareness and communication skills, able to provide professional and friendly assistance to customers.
Retail/service industry work or internship experience is preferred, sales-related experience is even better.
