Vattenfall is seeking a Working Student for their Document Management Offshore team in Kolding. This temporary, part-time role focuses on supporting digitalization and document management improvement projects, including data migration and system optimization. Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day topics of Document Management improvement projects.
- Assist Lead Document Managers in planning, control, and follow-up of activities related to DMS VDOCS and future DMS implementation.
- Take responsibility for subtasks in migration projects and provide systematic status updates.
- Support metadata tagging, troubleshooting, and resolving operational issues.
- Help maintain the internal Document Management handbook.
- Support the structured organization and archiving of documents.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, IT, Library and Information Science, Management, Quality).
- Strong passion for information management and system optimization.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to organize, analyze, and keep track of large data sets.
- Detail-oriented and structured working approach.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Comfortable working with Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Proficiency in English is a requirement.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Document Management System (DMS) VDOCS is a plus.
- Familiarity with preparation activities for future DMS implementation.
