Responsibilities
- Partner with site operations teams to execute company safety policies and ensure compliance with local and regional regulations.
- Leverage lean principles and kaizens to reduce conditional and ergonomic risk and ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and safety data analysis to influence change.
- Instruct and train Operations Leaders in company safety policies.
- Assist site teams in incorporating safety standards.
- Identify best practices and incorporate them into company safety policies.
- Coordinate and assist in the implementation of Amazon WHS procedures and programs.
- Coach associates on new and existing WHS requirements.
- Partner with site operations and WHS leadership on day-to-day risks.
- Identify and escalate compliance risks and improvement opportunities through inspections and audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience with increasing responsibilities in Work health and safety or environmental programs in manufacturing, production, or service operations.

- Experience working with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
