Responsibilities
- Manage picking, packing, shipping, receiving, replenishment, and storing of goods.
- Contribute ideas and inputs to the action plan goals in daily work.
- Effectively unload and handle inbound/outbound goods.
- Secure merchandise properly for safe movement within the distribution center.
- Contribute to overall warehouse operations goals and implement local business plans.
- Analyze existing workload to secure daily volume handling and meet seasonal fluctuation needs.
- Remove and properly document all damages found or caused on inbound/outbound merchandise.
- Assume responsibility for other assigned tasks and projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of related experience.
- Ability to lift up to 70 lbs./30kgs ergonomically.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Fluent in English and local language, both written and spoken.
Desired Qualifications
- Previous warehouse and forklift experience is preferred, but not required.
