Responsibilities

  • Replenish stock across Market Hall, furniture, and self-serve warehouse areas.
  • Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies.
  • Move and handle goods safely using equipment.
  • Restock furniture and home furnishing products.
  • Collaborate with sales and operational teams.
  • Use handheld devices and digital systems for stock management.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and sales floor areas.
  • Follow IKEA safety procedures and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, replenishment, retail, or other operational environments (highly regarded).
  • Collaborative mindset and confident communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organized, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Physically capable of repetitive lifting, manual handling, bending, and moving stock safely.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and handheld devices.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and following processes.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including 3 out of every 4 weekends.
  • Ability to work early mornings.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in warehouse, logistics, replenishment, retail or other operational environments is highly regarded but not essential.
  • Early-morning workers are encouraged to apply.
