Responsibilities
- Replenish stock across Market Hall, furniture, and self-serve warehouse areas.
- Monitor inventory levels and investigate discrepancies.
- Move and handle goods safely using equipment.
- Restock furniture and home furnishing products.
- Collaborate with sales and operational teams.
- Use handheld devices and digital systems for stock management.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and sales floor areas.
- Follow IKEA safety procedures and operational standards.
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, replenishment, retail, or other operational environments (highly regarded).
- Collaborative mindset and confident communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organized, reliable, and able to prioritize tasks.
- Physically capable of repetitive lifting, manual handling, bending, and moving stock safely.
- Comfortable using digital tools and handheld devices.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following processes.
- Availability to work a rotating roster, including 3 out of every 4 weekends.
- Ability to work early mornings.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, replenishment, retail or other operational environments is highly regarded but not essential.
- Early-morning workers are encouraged to apply.
