Responsibilities
- Propose and define the technical road map for Cab Over Trucks from a vehicle perspective.
- Define high-performing truck concepts and their architecture in cooperation with various departments.
- Judge technical impact, dependencies, and R&D effort for product updates.
- Lead cross-functional work in early development phases to set requirements and technical direction.
- Establish strong relations with Engineering, Product Planning, Purchasing, and Manufacturing departments.
Requirements
- M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or Physics.
- Interest in multiple engineering disciplines, primarily mechanics and mechatronics.
- Genuine interest in the automotive or transport industry.
- Ability to analyze complex data and information.
- Skill in explaining complex technical topics clearly.
- Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills.
- Completed master’s degree not more than 3 years ago.
- Not more than three years' relevant full-time working experience prior to starting.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel and participate in international short-term assignments.
