Responsibilities
- Drive a more data-driven approach to future investments and priorities.
- Combine strategic mindset with portfolio planning to strengthen future offering and competitiveness.
- Manage relationships with technology, regions, finance, and strategic leaders to build alignment.
- Communicate data-driven approach, keeping business and customer needs at the forefront.
- Translate business and customer needs into concrete content and priorities.
- Gain broad exposure across Volvo Group through local and international rotations, short-term assignments and targeted training.
- Contribute to the development of next-generation production solutions.
Requirements
- Have completed a master’s degree prior to the start of the program but not more than three years ago.
- Should not have more than three years' full-time relevant working experience in the field prior to starting the program, excluding part-time work during studies.
- Are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Are willing to travel and participate in international short-term assignments.
- Have a valid work or study permit for Sweden if not a citizen.
- Have a relevant education within Industrial Management, Financial Engineering, Innovation Management, Product Development, Integrated Product Design or Data Science and AI (with business focus).
- Understand what drives a company, business acumen and organizational designs and dynamics.
