Responsibilities
- Führung der Entwicklung und Umsetzung des genehmigten strategischen Plans.
- Entwicklung von Unternehmensrichtlinien zur Unterstützung von Nachhaltigkeitszielen.
- Vorantreiben von Fortschritten bei den Netto-Null- und Kreislaufwirtschaftszielen der Division.
- Identifizierung und Leitung von M&A- und strategischen Partnerschaftsmöglichkeiten.
- Bereitstellung von Marktintelligenz und Entscheidungsmaterialien für das Senior Management.
- Führung, Coaching und Entwicklung Ihres Teams.
Requirements
- Ein relevanter Hochschulabschluss (z. B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre).
- Umfangreiche Erfahrung in den Bereichen Strategie, Transformation oder Unternehmensentwicklung.
- Nachweisliche Fähigkeit, Transformationen zu leiten und Stakeholder über Funktionen, Kulturen und Regionen hinweg abzustimmen.
- Starkes kaufmännisches Verständnis von Industrie-, Technologie- oder Investitionsgütergeschäft.
- Fortgeschrittene Englischkenntnisse.
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung im Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Strategy oder Business Development ist willkommen.
- Kenntnisse in Nachhaltigkeitsstrategie und ESG oder regulatorischen Rahmenwerken (z. B. Science-Based Targets, Circularity, CRMA, CSRD) sind ein großer Vorteil.
