As Vice President of Sales for Cimatron, you will shape the global commercial strategy, drive revenue growth in technically complex B2B software markets, and lead a worldwide sales organization. Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a global sales strategy aligned with business targets.
  • Drive revenue and margin performance across all regions.
  • Develop market coverage, segmentation, and go-to-market models.
  • Lead, coach, and develop regional sales leaders.
  • Act as executive sponsor for key customers and strategic accounts.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product Management, Technical Support, Operations, Finance, and HR.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in international B2B software sales.
  • Proven record of growing revenue in technically complex markets.
  • Experience leading multi-regional organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
  • Extensive B2B sales experience within software, manufacturing, machine tools, cutting tools, or a closely related environment.
  • Proven leadership of multi-regional sales teams, including experience leading other leaders.
  • Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM workflows, manufacturing processes, global market dynamics, and CRM-supported sales management.
  • Advanced analytical, forecasting, and commercial planning capabilities.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Desired Qualifications

  • MBA is highly preferred.
  • German language skills are an advantage.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Director, Regional Vice President, or in an equivalent senior position is also preferred.
  • Experience with CAD, CAM, or PLM sales is also preferred.
  • Strategic and forward-looking leadership style with integrity, resilience, and sound judgment.
  • Ability to lead by example, inspire trust, develop people, and set clear expectations.
  • Adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
  • Strong executive communication and cultural intelligence.
  • Ability to influence effectively and bring geographically dispersed teams together.
