Responsibilities
- Safely load parts onto a moving production line.
- Check for incoming materials to prevent production stalls.
- Perform necessary housekeeping to ensure a clean work area.
- Recognize and reject parts that do not meet specifications or quality standards.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of all materials.
- Maintain a safe working environment conducive to productivity.
- Sustain repetitive motions using arms and hands.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED Equivalent.
- 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and react to changing priorities.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Basic math skills.
- Flexibility with production hours.
- Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to think and react quickly to changing situations.
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, heat, and cold air.
- Good understanding of quality control.
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to stand at a work station for a long period of time.
Benefits
- 1st shift position, Mon thru Friday, 5:00 am to 3:30 pm.
