Arla Foods is hiring for a three-year UK CIMA Finance Graduate Programme in Leeds. Responsibilities

  • Deliver financial analysis, performance insights, and recommendations to support key business decisions.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to drive commercial performance and strategic initiatives.
  • Gain expertise in business partnering, data & digital finance, financial planning, and business development through rotational placements.
  • Lead and contribute to projects aimed at enhancing processes, efficiency, and ways of working within the Finance function.
  • Develop a professional network through graduate events, mentoring, and collaboration with senior leaders.

Requirements

  • Educated to degree level (minimum 2:1) in any discipline.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity and commercial mindset.
  • Ambition to continuously develop capabilities.
  • Ability to analyze information, solve problems, and translate insights into actions.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfort working with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proactive, organized, and motivated to take ownership of development.
  • Eagerness to learn and challenge oneself.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in the dairy industry (preferred but not required).
  • Previous internship or work experience in a finance-related role (preferred but not required).
