As an Analytics Executive Director, you will lead a global team responsible for GTM Data Science, Customer Data Management, and Data Analytics. You will define the analytics roadmap, build executive reporting, and ensure data quality to drive strategic decision-making across a 30,000-person organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team responsible for GTM Data Science, Customer Data Management, and GTM Data Analytics and Strategy across a global go-to-market organization
  • Define the analytics roadmap and priorities that support business planning, performance management, forecasting, segmentation, and strategic decision-making
  • Build executive-level reporting, dashboards, and measurement frameworks that give senior leaders visibility into what is working, what is not, and where to focus
  • Oversee customer and go-to-market data governance, quality, and consistency to ensure the business can trust the data it uses to make decisions
  • Translate complex business questions from sales, marketing, and operations leaders into analytical approaches that deliver clear, actionable recommendations
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across go-to-market performance, customer behavior, and operational execution that inform strategy and resource allocation
  • Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders in operations, systems, finance, and business teams to align on metrics, improve data activation, and drive accountability

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, customer data management, or go-to-market strategy, with at least 5 years leading teams
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams across multiple analytics and data disciplines, including technical specialists and business-facing analysts
  • Strong track record translating complex data and analysis into clear, compelling recommendations that influence senior leadership decisions
  • Experience building executive-level reporting, performance management frameworks, and decision-support capabilities in a complex, matrixed organization
  • Deep understanding of how analytics and data capabilities drive commercial performance, improve operational effectiveness, and support strategic outcomes
  • Experience supporting go-to-market or sales organizations in a global business environment is a strong plus
  • Background in customer data strategy, data governance, or master data management is highly valued
