Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the flow of information between different stakeholders (Trans Carriers/Hubs/Warehouses) and resolve potential issues impacting customer experience and business continuity.
  • Address potential issues occurring during the lifecycle of pick-up to delivery (Inbound Operations) or freight leaving the FC to delivery (Outbound Operations).
  • Provide timely resolution to issues by researching and querying internal tools and making real-time decisions.
  • Ideate process improvements and drive them to conclusion.
  • Communicate with external customers (Carriers, Vendors/Suppliers) and internal customers (Retail, Finance, Software Support, Fulfillment Centers).
  • Systematically escalate problems or variance in information and data to relevant owners and teams, and follow through on resolutions.
  • Create a narrative outlining weekly findings and variances to goals, and present these findings in a review forum.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 12-24 months of work experience.
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, vlookups).
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a very dynamic environment.
  • Basic understanding of Logistics.
  • Ability to analyze data and notice trends.

  • Graduate with Bachelor's degree.
  • Good logical skills.
  • Good communication skills - Trans Ops Representative will be facilitating flow of information between different teams.
