Responsibilities
- Support Construction Managers with the documentation of construction-related defects and project issues.
- Participate in technical drawing reviews to ensure compliance with project requirements and construction standards.
- Support real estate developers in managing construction-related matters during the feasibility study phase and early-stage project development.
- Provide administrative support across construction and development projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to support efficient project delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Urban Development and Infrastructure, or a related field.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Completed, or expect to complete, an academic degree before the programme starts in March 2027.
- No more than one year of relevant work experience after graduation, excluding internships and working-student roles.
- Fluent in English.
- Available for the full-time programme from its start date.
- Have the right to work in the country where the position is based, or meet the stated work-permit requirements.
- Open to mobility opportunities and collaborating across different locations.
