Nous recherchons un Train Project Engineering Manager pour diriger la gestion de projet d'ingénierie et les activités Design to Cost sur notre site de Santa Perpetua à Barcelone. Vous dirigerez et gérerez les activités PrEM et DtC, assurerez la livraison des engagements QCD, superviserez le déploiement des processus d'ingénierie Alstom et gérerez les équipes.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Project Engineering Manager (PrEM) and Design to Cost (DtC) activities across projects and tenders
Ensure delivery of Quality, Cost and Delivery (QCD) commitments
Oversee deployment of Alstom engineering processes, standards and QMS
Support PrEM teams in issue resolution and priority definition
Manage team capacity, skills development and resource allocation
Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices with Central Engineering
Drive the Design to Cost approach and team development

Requirements

Proven experience in train engineering
5+ years of experience managing teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Customer-focused mindset
Structured, organized, hands-on approach
Fluency in English and local language
