Responsibilities

Lead incident and problem resolution for complex network issues using Cisco LAN/WAN, Wireless WLAN, and SDWAN technologies.
Oversee network operations by monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing network performance with Cisco Prime, DNA Center, and SDWAN management platforms.
Architect and implement advanced network changes and upgrades using Cisco IOS, Catalyst, and Meraki solutions.
Mentor and guide the support team in troubleshooting, escalation management, and adoption of best practices for Cisco networking technologies and SDWAN.
Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into actionable network operations strategies.
Drive process innovation by evaluating emerging Cisco networking and SDWAN technologies and implementing improvements.
Ensure robust documentation, knowledge transfer, and transparent communication of network operations policies and procedures.

Requirements

Excellent Proficiency With Cisco Sdwan Technologies And Management Platforms
Advanced Skills In Network Monitoring, Performance Tuning, And Incident Management Using Cisco Tools (Prime, Dna Center, Meraki Dashboard)
Strong Understanding Of Network Security, Routing Protocols (Ospf, Eigrp, Bgp), And Wireless Standards
Excellent Leadership In Mentoring Teams And Driving Network Operations Strategy
Expert Ability To Analyze Complex Network Environments And Implement Innovative Solutions
Advanced Proficiency In Documenting Network Infrastructure And Operational Processes
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) Enterprise or CCNP Wireless - Required

Desired Qualifications

Cisco Certified Specialist – Enterprise SDWAN Implementation – Optional but valuable
