Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
- Design and implement AI-powered conversational agents, autonomous workflows, and business process automation solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to gather requirements.
- Drive the complete solution lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, testing, deployment, governance, and support.
- Implement integrations between Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and various enterprise applications.
- Mentor and guide junior developers and consultants, promoting best practices.
- Design and manage Dataverse data models, security roles, business rules, and governance frameworks.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and AI.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, SOPs, and solution design documents.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or AI-powered enterprise automation implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
- Proven experience designing and implementing AI-powered agents, conversational experiences, and business automation solutions.
- Expertise in developing canvas apps, model-driven apps, automated workflows, and enterprise integrations.
- Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, security model, data modeling, plugins, business rules, and virtual tables.
- Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Azure services, Microsoft Graph APIs, REST APIs, and enterprise applications.
- Experience implementing Copilot Studio generative AI capabilities, knowledge sources, topics, actions, and custom connectors.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, and Microsoft Graph.
- Understanding of Responsible AI practices, security controls, compliance, and governance frameworks for enterprise AI solutions.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex digital transformation and automation projects.
- Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Microsoft certifications such as: PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant), PL-400 (Power Platform Developer), PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect), PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals), AI-900 / AI-102 (Microsoft AI Certifications).
- Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Fabric, and AI Foundry.
- Knowledge of Power Platform CoE (Center of Excellence) implementation and governance.
- Familiarity with enterprise integrations involving ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce, Workday, or similar platforms.
- Experience in creating multi-agent architectures, AI orchestration, and enterprise Copilot implementations.
- Knowledge of DevOps, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
