This role manages complex LAN/WAN network operations, focusing on service improvement and client delivery in A.g.nioda, Uttar Pradesh. The Track Manager leads operations teams, implements process enhancements, and ensures SLAs are met.

Responsibilities

Oversee LAN/WAN network operations using knowledge of routing, switching, and monitoring tools (Cisco IOS, Juniper Junos, SolarWinds).
Lead root cause analysis and resolution of complex network incidents using packet analyzers (Wireshark) and management platforms.
Implement and optimize network policies and security protocols using firewalls (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto) and network access controls.
Drive process innovation and continuous improvement through automation tools (Ansible, Python scripting).
Mentor and empower network support teams in LAN/WAN technologies.
Engage with clients to understand network requirements and translate them into actionable network solutions.
Develop and maintain detailed network documentation, operational reports, and performance dashboards.

Requirements

Advanced Expertise In Cisco And Juniper Network Devices And Protocols (Ospf, Bgp, Mpls, Vlans).
Excellent Command Of Network Monitoring And Management Tools (Solarwinds, Wireshark, Snmp).
Advanced Knowledge Of Network Security Principles, Including Firewall Configuration And Vpn Technologies.
Strong Skills In Process Optimization, Automation (Python, Ansible), And Network Documentation.
Excellent Leadership And Mentoring Abilities, With A Focus On Team Empowerment And Operational Excellence.
Strong Analytical, ProblemSolving, And Client Engagement Skills.
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Juniper Networks Certified Specialist (JNCIS) certification required.

Desired Qualifications

ITIL Foundation certification is optional but valuable.
