Responsibilities

Act as L3 escalation point for wireless issues.
Troubleshoot complex WLAN performance issues.
Analyze wireless user experience and client behavior.
Optimize RF design and coverage.
Perform Root Cause Analysis.
Maintain Known Error Database.
Implement wireless stability improvements.
Enhance user experience.
Manage controller and AP firmware upgrades.
Ensure wireless software compliance.
Manage Cisco ISE Integration and Aruba ClearPass.
Implement 802.1X Authentication and NAC.
Configure wireless segmentation and policy enforcement.
Utilize DNAC APIs, Aruba Central APIs, and Python for automation.
Create wireless reporting and dashboards.
