Responsibilities

Optimize operational workflows using Citrix XenDesktop and Provisioning Services (PVS) to enhance reporting, streamline information flow, and support planning.
Assess client requirements and ensure the support team meets/exceeds client expectations through effective management of Citrix environments.
Lead and mentor the project team, fostering transparent communication about project goals and the effective use of Citrix technologies.
Drive innovation by implementing new ideas and processes using Citrix MCS, contributing to overall organizational progress and efficiency.
Develop tailored solutions aligned with customer needs, utilizing Citrix XenDesktop capabilities to achieve desired business outcomes.

Requirements

Proficient in Citrix XenDesktop, Provisioning Services (PVS), and Machine Creation Services (MCS).
Strong understanding of operational management and improvement methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and client management skills.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams effectively.
