In short

We are seeking a Track Lead for Network LAN/WAN based in Noida, India. This role involves advanced L3 support for critical LAN incidents, troubleshooting complex routing and switching issues, and managing Cisco and Aruba environments. The position also focuses on problem management, upgrades, capacity planning, security, and automation using Python and Ansible.

Responsibilities

  • Act as L3 escalation point for critical LAN incidents.
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting across campus networks.
  • Support large-scale Cisco and Aruba switching environments.
  • Troubleshoot complex routing and switching issues.
  • Manage Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC) for device onboarding, assurance, software image management, template deployment, and compliance.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for infrastructure issues.
  • Identify recurring infrastructure issues and implement permanent corrective actions.
  • Maintain technical knowledge articles.
  • Perform IOS-XE upgrades and switch refresh initiatives.
  • Plan software lifecycles, conduct validation and rollback testing.
  • Perform capacity forecasting, utilization analysis, and performance optimization.
  • Conduct vulnerability remediation, security advisory reviews, and configuration compliance audits.
  • Support network segmentation.
  • Utilize Python scripting and Ansible automation.
  • Integrate with DNAC API.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of LAN Engineering experience.
  • 3+ years supporting Cisco DNAC.
  • Experience handling major incidents.
  • Proficiency in Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC).
  • Expertise in Cisco Catalyst 9K, Cisco Nexus, Aruba CX, HPE Comware.
  • Knowledge of SDA (Software Defined Access).
  • Familiarity with OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, STP, QoS, and Cisco ISE.
  • Experience with Python scripting and Ansible automation.
  • Experience with DNAC API integrations.
