We are seeking a Track Lead for Network LAN/WAN in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, to act as an L3 escalation point for critical LAN incidents and perform advanced troubleshooting across campus networks. The role involves supporting large-scale Cisco and Aruba switching environments, managing Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC) functionalities, and leading Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for infrastructure issues.
Responsibilities
- Act as L3 escalation point for critical LAN incidents.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting across campus networks.
- Support large-scale Cisco and Aruba switching environments.
- Troubleshoot complex routing and switching issues.
- Manage device onboarding, provisioning, assurance, and software image management within Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC).
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions.
- Plan and execute IOS-XE upgrades and switch refresh initiatives.
- Conduct capacity forecasting, utilization analysis, and performance optimization.
- Perform vulnerability remediation, security advisory reviews, and configuration compliance audits.
- Engage in network segmentation support.
- Develop Python scripts and Ansible automation for network tasks.
- Integrate with DNAC APIs.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of LAN Engineering experience.
- 3+ years supporting Cisco DNAC.
- Experience handling major incidents.
- Proficiency in Cisco Catalyst 9K, Cisco Nexus, Aruba CX, HPE Comware, and SDA.
- Experience with Cisco Catalyst Center (DNAC) functionalities: device onboarding, provisioning, assurance management, software image management, template deployment, compliance management, and SDA operational support.
- Strong understanding of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP) and switching technologies (STP, QoS).
- Experience with Python scripting and Ansible automation.
- Familiarity with Cisco ISE.
