We are seeking an experienced Track Lead for High Performance Computing with expertise in Red Hat Enterprise Linux. This role involves technical consulting, solution communication, ITSM & RCA excellence, and global collaboration. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience and be based in Bengaluru or Hyderabad, supporting 24x7 operations and project engagements.

Responsibilities

Produce high-quality architectural blueprints, build guides, and migration assessments.
Conceptualize target infrastructure solutions and pitch them to internal teams and senior client stakeholders.
Execute permanent root cause mitigations for incidents.
Collaborate seamlessly with partners, vendors (Red Hat, SUSE), and worldwide peer teams.
Provide active technical guidance and mentorship to L1/L2 project teams.

Requirements

8-12 years of experience as a Linux SME L3.
Exceptional documentation and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of ServiceNow workflows (Incident/Change/Problem).
Firm, calm, and analytical problem-solving during P1/P0 server outages.
Confident ability to evaluate competing technologies and define the \"best fit\" for the enterprise.
RHCE / RHCA or SUSE Certified Administrator / Engineer.
AZ-104 or GCP Associate Cloud Engineer (AZ-900 at a minimum).
ITIL Foundation v3/v4.

Desired Qualifications

Strong knowledge of configuration management automation using Ansible or Puppet.
Good understanding of containerization ecosystems (Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift) hosted on Linux.
Understanding of software costing, licensing models, and FinOps implications of infrastructure design.
