Responsibilities

- Enable and support Continuous Deployment in a customer-focused environment.
- Drive innovative quality assurance strategies to maintain leadership in operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics/Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related disciplines.
- 10+ years of telecom R&D experience with at least 3 years in a line management or technical management role.
- Proven expertise in quality assurance and verification, including test strategy, process and automation.
- Demonstrated experience in large-scale software delivery and agile development.
- Good knowledge of 5G NR/LTE architecture and key performance KPIs.
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to O-RAN architectures and virtualization/containerization frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI/ML integration in telecom systems.
- Understanding of 3GPP 5G NR standards.
