Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain vacuum equipment at customer sites and in the workshop.
- Install and commission equipment at customer locations.
- Perform assessments and repairs for claims and warranty requests.
- Provide technical support via phone and on-site troubleshooting.
- Deliver training to distributors and customers.
- Communicate relevant information to customers and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities for service and equipment sales.
- Act as a brand ambassador.
Requirements
- 5 to 10 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer.
- Technical BTS diploma (Industrial Maintenance).
- Fluent in French.
- English comprehension: reading and writing.
- Proficient in the use of computer tools.
- Knowledge of mechanics and electromechanics.
- Valid driver's license.
Desired Qualifications
